  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup equal parts sugar and water
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ginger: Grate fresh ginger to yield about 1 tablespoon.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and grated ginger. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Serve: Strain the mixture into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedges.
