Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz tequila don’t skimp
  • 4 oz margarita mix store-bought, because life’s too short
  • Ice plenty
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Salt or sugar for rimming the glass optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the rim: Rub a lemon wedge around the glass rim and dip it into salt or sugar.
  • Shake it up: In a shaker, combine tequila, margarita mix, and ice. Shake well until chilled.
  • Serve: Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
  • Sip: Raise a toast to shortcuts and enjoy.
