Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana preferably frozen
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • ¾ cup unsweetened plant milk almond, oat, etc.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Throw banana, matcha, honey, milk, vanilla, and ice into a blender.
  • Blend like your morning depends on it—because it kinda does.
  • Scrape sides so no goodness gets left behind.
  • Blend again for that frothy finish we all deserve.
