- 1 ripe banana preferably frozen
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 cup fresh spinach packed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
Toss banana, spinach, matcha, almond milk, vanilla, and ice in your blender.
Blend until smooth and your kitchen smells like a health retreat.
