Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana preferably frozen
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Toss banana, spinach, matcha, almond milk, vanilla, and ice in your blender.
  • Blend until smooth and your kitchen smells like a health retreat.
  • Taste. Add maple syrup if you want it sweeter (we get it, you're human).
  • Pour into a glass and sip while pretending you’ve got your life together.
