Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 ½ cups almond milk into blender.
  • Add 2 frozen bananas.
  • Spoon in 2 teaspoons matcha powder.
  • Toss in ¼ cup mint leaves.
  • Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
  • Drop in 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until creamy and frothy.
  • Taste, adjust sweetness, and blend again if needed.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
