Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 shot espresso or ΒΌ cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Sweetener of choice to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Coffee: Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool.
  • Mix Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with a few tablespoons of hot water until smooth.
  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine almond milk, protein powder, matcha mix, and vanilla extract until frothy.
  • Combine with Coffee: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.
  • Add Milk Mixture: Gently pour the protein blend over the coffee, stirring if desired.
  • Sweeten: Add your favorite sweetener to taste.
