Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz mezcal go smoky or go home
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice always squeeze your own
  • 1 oz orange liqueur Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 tsp agave syrup for that perfect balance
  • Smoked salt for the rim
  • Ice lots
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the rim: Rub a lime wedge around the edge of your rocks glasses and dip them into smoked salt.
  • Shake it up: In a shaker, combine mezcal, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup, and ice. Shake until chilled.
  • Serve: Strain into your prepared glasses over fresh ice.
