  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your pans with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Funfetti cake mix according to package instructions.
  • Pour the batter into mini cake pans and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let the cakes cool completely before adding the ice cream.
  • Scoop softened ice cream over each mini cake, spreading it evenly.
  • Freeze for 1 hour to set.
  • Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks.
