  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract

For the Mix-Ins:

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mocha chips
  • ½ cup mint chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven – Set it to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients – In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream butter & sugars – Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg & extracts – Mix in egg, vanilla, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  • Combine wet & dry – Slowly stir in the flour mixture, mixing until well blended.
  • Fold in chocolate, mocha, and mint chips – Stir them in until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop & shape – Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake – Cook for 10-12 minutes, until edges turn golden brown.
  • Cool & eat – Let cool on a wire rack, then devour immediately.
