Ingredients
- 1 box of mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/4 cup mint syrup
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to the instructions.
- Allow the cake to cool, then crumble.
- Layer the cooled cake and mint chocolate chip ice cream in a dish.
- Freeze until solid.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with mint syrup.
