Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 240 ml
  • Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
  • Cocoa powder unsweetened: 2 teaspoons
  • Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
  • Peppermint extract: 2–3 drops
  • Vanilla extract: ΒΌ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 2 cups

Instructions
 

  • Add chilled brewed coffee into the blender.
  • Add almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract.
  • Add ice cubes evenly.
  • Blend for 25–30 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
  • Pour evenly into two tall glasses.
  • Serve immediately while minty calm stays sharp.
