Strong brewed coffee
chilled: 240 ml
Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
Cocoa powder
unsweetened: 2 teaspoons
Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
Peppermint extract: 2β3 drops
Vanilla extract: ΒΌ teaspoon
Ice cubes: 2 cups
Instructions
Add chilled brewed coffee into the blender.
Add almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract.
Add ice cubes evenly.
Blend for 25β30 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
Pour evenly into two tall glasses.
Serve immediately while minty calm stays sharp.
