- 2 cups chilled brewed coffee
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups oat milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegan whipped topping optional, 1/3 cup
Brew coffee earlier and chill 2 cups brewed coffee.
Add 2 cups ice cubes into a blender.
Pour in 2 cups chilled coffee and 1 1/2 cups oat milk.
Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp peppermint extract, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour evenly into glasses.
Top with vegan whipped topping if desired.
