Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee cooled: 240 ml
  • Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
  • Cocoa powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups

Instructions
 

  • Add cocoa powder and maple syrup to cooled coffee, stirring until smooth.
  • Mix vanilla extract into the coffee gently until blended.
  • Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
  • Pour mocha mixture over ice, dividing equally.
  • Add 150 ml almond milk into each glass slowly.
  • Stir lightly and serve immediately for instant summer relief.
