Ingredients

hazelnuts
roasted

brewed coffee

cocoa powder

maple syrup or honey

vanilla extract

dark chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, combine coffee, cocoa powder, and maple syrup over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
Add roasted hazelnuts to the mocha mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Scoop out hazelnuts onto a lined baking sheet, making small clusters.
Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the hazelnut clusters.
Let them cool and harden before indulging.
