Mocha Mousse
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp warm water
Chocolate Layer
- ½ cup dark chocolate melted
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Topping
- Whipped cream optional
- Chocolate shavings optional
Prepare the Mousse
Dissolve coffee granules in warm water. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let sit for 5 minutes.
Whisk heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
