Ingredients
Strong brewed coffee
chilled: 300 ml
Coconut cream: 80 ml
Unsweetened coconut milk: 150 ml
Vegan vanilla syrup: 1 tablespoon
Coconut sugar: 1 tablespoon
Ice cubes: 2 cups
Pinch
of sea salt
Instructions
Add chilled brewed coffee into the blender.
Add coconut cream and coconut milk evenly.
Add vanilla syrup, coconut sugar, and sea salt.
Add ice cubes last for better texture control.
Blend for 30–40 seconds until thick and frosty.
Pour evenly into two tall glasses.
Serve immediately while the frappe stays perfectly icy.
