Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 300 ml
  • Plant-based milk oat or almond: 200 ml
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Vegan caramel syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut sugar or maple syrup: 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add plant-based milk to a saucepan over low heat.
  • Whisk cocoa powder until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in caramel syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Heat gently for 3–4 minutes, avoiding boiling.
  • Remove from heat and cool fully.
  • Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes evenly.
  • Pour chilled coffee equally into each glass.
  • Slowly top with mocha caramel mixture.
  • Stir lightly for a marbled fusion effect.
