- 1 cup macadamia nuts unsalted
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate melted
Blend macadamia nuts and oats in a food processor until fine.
Add cocoa powder, espresso powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Pulse until a sticky dough forms.
Roll mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
