Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts unsalted
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • Blend macadamia nuts and oats in a food processor until fine.
  • Add cocoa powder, espresso powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  • Pulse until a sticky dough forms.
  • Roll mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
  • Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
