Ingredients
  

  • Brewed coffee chilled: 1 cup
  • Almond milk unsweetened: ¾ cup
  • Cocoa powder unsweetened: 1½ tablespoons
  • Fresh mint leaves: 8–10 leaves
  • Maple syrup or agave: 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add chilled coffee, almond milk, cocoa powder, and mint leaves to the blender.
  • Pour in sweetener and add salt gently.
  • Drop ice cubes and blend until smooth and lightly frothy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately, ice-cold.
