Ingredients
  

  • Espresso or strong coffee chilled ¾ cup
  • Oat milk or almond milk 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 2 tsp
  • Maple syrup 1–1½ tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves 4–6 leaves
  • Ice cubes 1½ cups
  • Vegan chocolate syrup 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Brew ¾ cup coffee, chill completely.
  • Add 1 cup plant milk to blender.
  • Toss 1½ cups ice for thickness.
  • Add 2 tsp cocoa powder.
  • Sweeten with 1–1½ tbsp maple syrup.
  • Blend with 4–6 mint leaves for flavor.
  • Drizzle glasses with 1 tbsp vegan chocolate syrup, pour and sip dramatically.
