A frosty blended mocha with minty freshness, creamy texture, vegan ingredients, and enough chill to fix a fiery mood.

- Espresso or strong coffee chilled ¾ cup
- Oat milk or almond milk 1 cup
- Cocoa powder 2 tsp
- Maple syrup 1–1½ tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves 4–6 leaves
- Ice cubes 1½ cups
- Vegan chocolate syrup 1 tbsp
Brew ¾ cup coffee, chill completely.
Add 1 cup plant milk to blender.
Toss 1½ cups ice for thickness.
Add 2 tsp cocoa powder.
Sweeten with 1–1½ tbsp maple syrup.
Blend with 4–6 mint leaves for flavor.
Drizzle glasses with 1 tbsp vegan chocolate syrup, pour and sip dramatically.
