Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups brewed espresso cooled
  • 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • 1 oz dark chocolate for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
  • In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and instant coffee until thick and smooth.
  • Quickly dip ladyfingers into the espresso, ensuring they don’t turn soggy.
  • Layer espresso-soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of each trifle glass.
  • Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat layers until you reach the top of the glass.
  • Dust with cocoa powder and top with shaved dark chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
