- 1 ½ cups brewed espresso cooled
- 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1 pack ladyfingers
- 1 oz dark chocolate for garnish
Brew espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and instant coffee until thick and smooth.
Quickly dip ladyfingers into the espresso, ensuring they don’t turn soggy.
