Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly ground coffee

Instructions
 

  • Fill the Moka Pot with water up to the valve and add the freshly ground coffee to the filter.
  • In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it's steaming hot but not boiling.

  • When the coffee is done brewing, pour it into two cups.
  • Add the cocoa powder and sugar mixture to the hot milk and whisk until fully combined.
  • Use a whisk or a hand-held frother to froth the milk vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the frothed milk on top of the coffee in the cups.
  • Optional: top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
