Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons Freshly roasted coffee beans or pre ground coffee
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups water

Instructions Without Moka Pot in Steps:

  • Grind the coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
  • In a separate pot, combine the coffee and sugar.
  • Slowly pour the boiling water over the coffee mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Place the coffee pot on low heat and let the coffee brew for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the coffee into cups and top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Instructions with Moka Pot in Steps:

  • Fill the bottom chamber of the Moka pot with water.
  • Place the coffee basket in the middle of the Moka pot and fill it with the ground coffee.
  • Screw the top chamber of the Moka pot onto the bottom chamber.
  • Place the Moka pot on medium heat and let the coffee brew for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Pour the coffee into cups and top with a dollop of whipped cream.
