- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
