- 24 Oreo cookies crushed
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Additional crushed Oreos for topping
Crush the Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
In a bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream with sugar and vanilla. Layer the ice cream over the crust.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Spread whipped cream on top and top with more crushed Oreos.
Freeze for at least 2 more hours.
Slice, serve, and pretend you spent hours in the kitchen.
