Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 300 ml
  • Oat milk full-fat preferred: 200 ml
  • Oat cream: 60 ml
  • Vegan caramel syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add oat milk and oat cream to a saucepan over low heat.
  • Whisk gently until combined and slightly warm.
  • Stir in caramel syrup, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Heat for 2–3 minutes without boiling.
  • Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
  • Pour chilled coffee equally into each glass.
  • Top slowly with caramel oat cream mixture.
  • Stir lightly for layered texture.
