Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso
  • ¾ cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener optional
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew a fresh shot of espresso.
  • Heat oat milk gently if making hot version.
  • Add oat milk and peanut butter into blender.
  • Add honey and cinnamon if desired.
  • Blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
  • Pour espresso into a mug.
  • Add blended mixture over espresso.
  • Stir lightly and serve.
