Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1 quart mint chocolate chip ice cream softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreos and press them into the bottom of the springform pan.
  • Spread the softened mint ice cream over the Oreo layer.
  • Spread whipped cream evenly on top.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup for a touch of extra flavor.
  • Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  • Slice and serve. Try not to eat it all at once.
