- 24 Oreo cookies crushed
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips optional
Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
Spread softened strawberry ice cream over the Oreo crust.
Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
Freeze for 3 hours.
Top with chocolate chips if you like.
Freeze again for 1 hour before serving.
Slice and try not to eat it all yourself.
