Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe papaya peeled, seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 banana for smooth texture
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or any preferred liquid
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes optional, for texture

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the papaya, adding it to the blender.
  • Add 1/2 cup pineapple chunks for extra tropical sweetness.
  • Toss in 1/2 banana for creaminess.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup coconut water or liquid of choice.
  • Sweeten with 1 tbsp honey or preferred sweetener.
  • Add ice cubes if you like it frosty.
  • Blend until smooth.
