- 1 ripe papaya peeled, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
- 1/2 banana for smooth texture
- 1/2 cup coconut water or any preferred liquid
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice

Peel and chop the papaya, adding it to the blender.
Add 1/2 cup pineapple chunks for extra tropical sweetness.
