Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso or ¾ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • Add banana into blender.
  • Add peanut butter and milk.
  • Pour in hot coffee.
  • Add honey and cinnamon if desired.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a mug.
  • Serve warm.
