Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ¼ cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine coffee, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well-blended.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Fold in oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and peanuts if desired. Mix to form a thick batter.
  • Prepare for Baking: Spread the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden and firm.
  • Cool and Serve: Let bars cool completely, then cut and store in an airtight container.
