Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup tequila silver
  • 2 tbsp triple sec
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup optional
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Coarse salt for glass rims
  • Pineapple slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the glasses: Rub a lime wedge around the rims of the glasses and dip in coarse salt.
  • Muddle the mint: Gently muddle mint leaves in the cocktail shaker to release their oils.
  • Mix the cocktail: Add pineapple juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake it up: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  • Serve: Strain the drink into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish: Top with pineapple slices and mint sprigs for that extra tropical flair.
