Equipment

  • 1 Coffee grinder
  • 1 French press or a mason jar,
  • 1 Measuring cup
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 1 scoop whey protein or plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Grind the coffee beans coarsely and place them in a French press or a mason jar.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to the French press or mason jar and stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours to allow the coffee to steep.
  • Once the coffee is brewed, add a scoop of protein powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the French press or mason jar and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes (optional).
  • Enjoy the protein cold brew coffee!
