Ingredients
Strong brewed coffee
cooled: 1 cup
Unsweetened soy milk or oat milk: 1 cup
Vegan protein powder
vanilla or unflavored: 2 scoops (40 g)
Peanut butter or almond butter: 1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder
optional: 1 teaspoon
Maple syrup or dates syrup: 1 tablespoon
Ice cubes: 1 cup
Pinch
of cinnamon: optional
Instructions
Brew coffee and let it cool completely.
Add coffee, plant milk, and ice to blender.
Add protein powder and nut butter.
Add cocoa powder and syrup.
Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
