- Vegan milk oat/soy/almond 1½ cups
- Vegan protein powder chocolate/vanilla 1 scoop
- Maple or coconut syrup 1 tbsp optional
- Ice cubes 6–8 pieces
- Cinnamon or cocoa dust Optional topping
