- 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1 scoop pumpkin cheesecake-flavored protein powder about 30 grams
- 1/2 cup milk any type
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Ice cubes as needed
- Whipped cream optional
- Ground cinnamon for garnish optional
Brew coffee and let it cool or chill in the fridge.
In a blender, mix pumpkin cheesecake protein powder, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup.
Add the cooled coffee and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass or tumbler.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon if desired.
