- ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds soaked for 5 minutes
- 1 cup ice cubes
Soak 2 tablespoons chia seeds in ¼ cup water for 5 minutes.
Pour 1 cup almond milk into blender.
Add ½ cup brewed coffee or 1 espresso shot.
Scoop in ½ cup pumpkin purée.
Toss in 1 frozen banana.
Add soaked chia gel.
