Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup almond milk into blender.
  • Add ½ cup brewed coffee or espresso shot.
  • Scoop in ½ cup pumpkin purée.
  • Toss in 1 frozen banana.
  • Sweeten with 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
  • Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Stir in ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Drop in 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Serve chilled, dusted with extra cinnamon on top.
