Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey or vegan honey alternative
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup almond milk into blender.
  • Add ½ cup brewed coffee or espresso.
  • Scoop in ½ cup pumpkin purée.
  • Drop in 1 frozen banana.
  • Sweeten with 1 ½ tablespoons honey.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
  • Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Toss in 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until frothy, smooth, and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with cinnamon dust.
