- ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1 espresso shot
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 frozen banana
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes
