- 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong coffee, cooled
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes
