  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup almond milk to blender.
  • Pour in ½ cup coffee or 1 espresso shot.
  • Scoop ½ cup pumpkin purée.
  • Drop in 1 frozen banana.
  • Sweeten with 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
  • Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
  • Sprinkle ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Add 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve chilled with extra cinnamon dust if desired.
