Ingredients
  

  • cups cold brew coffee
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • tbsp sugar or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract into a saucepan.
  • Heat gently and stir until smooth and combined.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
  • Add pumpkin mixture into the coffee.
  • Froth milk or cream until light and airy.
  • Spoon frothed milk on top.
  • Stir gently before drinking if desired.
