Ingredients
  

Coffee Base

  • 2 cups brewed coffee fresh and hot
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant based
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder your favorite variety
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

Optional Toppings

  • 2 tbsp whipped cream for serving
  • 4 pieces ice cubes for iced coffee

Instructions
 

  • Brew strong coffee and gather all ingredients. Warm the milk if serving hot.
  • Add coffee, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Check the texture and sweetness. Blend a few seconds longer if any powder remains.
  • Pour into mugs or over ice. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use extra milk for a softer creamy texture or less milk for a bolder finish. Freeze leftover coffee in cubes for easy iced drinks later. Pour slowly when assembling iced versions to keep the drink smooth. Add cocoa, nutmeg, or caramel extract for flavor customization. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to two days and shake before serving.
