Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base

  • 2 cups Frozen banana sliced
  • 1 cup Brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter optional
  • 1 tbsp Honey to taste

Toppings

  • 1 cup Granola crunchy
  • 0.5 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, coffee, yogurt, almond butter and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
  • Adjust texture by adding extra frozen banana for thickness or more coffee for a softer consistency.
  • Scoop the smoothie into bowls and spread evenly for a neat presentation.
  • Top with granola, strawberries and chia seeds. Serve immediately or freeze briefly for a colder texture.

Notes

For a softer bowl, blend longer with extra liquid. Keep toppings separate if you prefer crispy texture. Freeze leftovers in airtight containers and thaw slightly before serving. Assemble quickly to preserve texture. Customize flavors with berries, nut butter or chocolate.
