Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 1 shot 1 oz espresso (strong and sultry)
  • 1 tablespoon vegan salted caramel syrup
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 medjool date for that extra natural sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Brew your espresso and let it cool slightly—no one likes a blender meltdown.
  • Add milk, espresso, caramel syrup, protein powder, vanilla, and salt into your blender.
  • Toss in ice (and the date if you want life to taste sweeter).
