Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled or iced
  • 1 frozen banana yes, frozen is non-negotiable
  • 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce vegan, of course
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract liquid elegance
  • 1 cup almond milk or oat, live your life
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for fiber and illusions
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder for mocha flair
  • Pinch sea salt because caramel’s BFF
  • 5 ice cubes no soggy vibes allowed

Instructions
 

  • Brew strong coffee and chill it. Seriously, don’t use hot—this isn’t a latte.
  • In your blender, throw in the banana, chilled coffee, almond milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder.
  • Add chia seeds for fiber that no one asked for but we love anyway.
  • Sprinkle in the sea salt. Not too much—we’re fancy, not dehydrated.
  • Toss in the ice cubes. Blend on high until it looks like a café menu item.
