- 1 frozen banana yes, frozen is non-negotiable
- 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce vegan, of course
- 1 tsp vanilla extract liquid elegance
- 1 cup almond milk or oat, live your life
- 1 tbsp chia seeds for fiber and illusions
- 2 tsp cocoa powder for mocha flair
- Pinch sea salt because caramel’s BFF
- 5 ice cubes no soggy vibes allowed
