Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chilled brewed coffee
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups oat milk
  • 3 tbsp vegan caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Vegan whipped topping optional, 1/3 cup

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee earlier and chill 2 cups brewed coffee.
  • Add 2 cups ice cubes into a blender.
  • Pour in 2 cups chilled coffee and 1 1/2 cups oat milk.
  • Add 2 tbsp caramel sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup, pinch sea salt, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and drizzle remaining 1 tbsp caramel sauce.
  • Top with vegan whipped topping if desired.
