Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Hot water: 60 ml
  • Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
  • Vegan caramel syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup: 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt: ⅛ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve instant coffee powder in 60 ml hot water until fully mixed and smooth.
  • Add vegan caramel syrup, maple syrup, and sea salt, stirring until glossy.
  • Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes evenly.
  • Pour coffee mixture over ice, dividing equally.
  • Add 150 ml almond milk into each glass slowly.
  • Stir gently, taste confidently, and adjust sweetness if life feels unfair.
